Airnorth has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Corporate Services team on a full-time basis as a HR Advisor based in the Darwin office. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate HR Generalist support and services to managers and employees at Airnorth. The successful applicant will possess the following: Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience Tertiary education in HR or related field, desired not essential An in-depth understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements Proven ability to interpret legislation and policy and provide guidance to managers High level confidentiality and probity skills. Excellent time management skills Ability to work unsupervised Ability to prioritise workload Ability to work in a team environment Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite of products Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation Demonstrated ability in report writing and drafting written communications.
