OVERVIEW

The Human Resource and Compliance Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy development, while ensuring the organization remains compliant with all federal, state, and local employment and healthcare regulations. This role is crucial to building a strong workplace culture and ensuring operational integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 year’s experience in HR and compliance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software systems including UltiPro, SAP, Ceridian, and Lever.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with a keen eye for talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and workforce management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
