Responsibilities:
OTHER DUTIES
- Participate in development of possible staff retention strategies.
- Contribute to the regular review of current and the development of new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with plans and goals for objectives set by annual business planning process.
- Assist with monitoring expenditure within the HR budget by sourcing the best/cost effective services/materials.
- Maintains customer service focuses by ensuring requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out duties in accordance with Equal Opportunity legislation and GIFSA’s Code of Conduct.
- Adhere to GIFSA’s policies and management practices.
- Occasional Requirement to visit other GIFSA facilities which may require an overnight stay.
- Apply and promote a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Report all hazards, incidents, accidents and near misses to your Coordinator / Manager.
- All other duties as directed by your Coordinator / Manager.
