About the Role The Human Resources team at Atrium is seeking an organized and ambitious HR Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director with a focus on assisting with a variety functions and processes within the HR department as well as across various departments at Atrium's Corporate Office. We will consider interns looking for experience in Human Resources. Join us at Atrium as we celebrate 11 years of rewarding hard work! PAY: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour LOCATION: Atrium Management Company, 201 S Bumby Ave. Orlando, FL. This is an on site position. SCHEDULE: Part-Time (15-28 hours per week). Key Responsibilities HR Compliance: Employee training/licensure management, tracking, and compliance. FMLA, STD and other Leave tracking. Legal document/posting requirements (ex. Miya's Law Compliance, Federal and State Labor Law posters, OSHA) HR Administration: Timecard and PTO maintenance. Review and complete new employee pre-hire onboarding documents (including I-9 / E-Verify). Geofence monitoring. Updating employee contact and location information lists. Employee off-boarding checklist completion. Recruiting: Resume review and phone screening new applicants HR-related IT Administration: Create new employee logins for various computer systems; new account assignment and management Employee Assets: Asset ordering, dispersal, and management. This includes ID cards, uniform items, business cards, new hire welcome packets, etc. Accounting: Partnering with Accounting on HR and Administrative expense submission and reconciliation Office Administration: Backup for Front Desk Reception, including front desk and office phone management, conference room calendar management, taking security deposits, etc. Other projects as assigned Ways to Stand Out Experience: HR experience or coursework. Front Desk/Receptionist experience. Customer service or sales background, especially within the real estate industry. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Adaptable and dependable. Resourceful. Thrives in fast-paced environments. Self-disciplined and goal-driven. Hard Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Experience managing a multi-line phone system. Bi-lingual (conversational English and Spanish) is a big plus! Creative! Can you Canva or Adobe? That would be great! Mindset: Strong work ethic. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and idea.
