Established in the Taranaki region of New Zealand in 2017, Taranaki Thru Tubing Tools is a customer focused service provider of Thru Tubing, Fishing, Plug and Abandonment Tools, Equipment, Personnel and Engineering support to Oil and Gas Service Providers, and Operators alike. Our team perform a wide range of interventions every year, delivering improved economics, reduced operational risk and lower NPT to our clients.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Based in our Dubai offices, the role of Human Resources Assistant shall be responsible for supporting our people operations, ensuring our systems run smoothly while promoting a positive employee experience to all employees and the management team. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers worldwide
  • Conduct reference checks for new hires
  • Communication and collation of onboarding documentation
  • Produce accurate and timely HR reports
  • Coordinate training, inductions, and work visa requirements
  • Field crew mobilization
  • Support managers with HR queries
  • Provide HR administration and project support
  • Maintain accurate personnel and HR records

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • HR coordination or administration experience
  • Knowledge of UAE workplace legislation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
