For more information please visit: www.bit.ly/perrin-careers About the Role: The Human Resource Assistant supports the HR department by managing key recruiting and onboarding functions while ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR processes. This role is responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate communication. The HR Assistant partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This is a temporary position. Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00/per hour Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across departments. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Creation and organization of new hire onboarding materials. Conduct new hire orientation. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records using our HRIS, Paylocity. Requirements Recruiting experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
