REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in all round HR Management roles
  • Good knowledge Singapore HR related laws, regulations and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Resourceful, independent, meticulous with a strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams
  • Good command of English
  • Good team player, mature, self-motivated, independent and flexible

Responsibilities
  • Drive HR strategies by working closely with the Top Management and bring HR solutions to address business and employee needs
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with prevailing statutory regulations
  • Provide support to employees and ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Prepare all types of HR-related letters
  • Conduct orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding, including exit management of employees
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues, counselling and termination in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and monthly payroll reports
  • Ensure legal compliance with statutory regulations with regards to accurate and timely CPF submission, NS claim processing, childcare and maternity claim submission and any other Government claims
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of annual employment income information to IRAS, tax clearance for resigned foreign employees
  • Manage work passes applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities (e.g. MOM, Statistics Board) on survey-related matters
  • Responsible for the negotiation of group medical insurance, workman compensation insurance, licenses and certificates, upon annual renewal
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’s records for accurate reporting
  • Prepare reports and documents as required by Top Management and auditors
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to enforce compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage and maintain the necessary records in accordance with regulations and also for the various certifications attained by the company
  • Any other tasks assigned by Top Management from time to time
