Activate Interactive is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Co-Development Business Unit (CDBU), which delivers long-term technology talent solutions to public sector agencies. This role is designed for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing, contract workforce environment. You will partner closely with business leaders, Account Managers and Talent Acquisition to ensure workforce stability, high consultant engagement, strong compliance, and seamless employment contract management. This is not a purely administrative HR role — it is a commercially aware HRBP position embedded within a revenue-generating business unit. 1. Consultant Engagement & Retention Conduct structured engagement check-ins with deployed consultants Identify early attrition risks and intervene proactively Partner with Account Managers to address performance or morale concerns Maintain strong consultant relationships throughout contract duration Track and improve retention metrics 2. Employment Contract Management Manage employment contract renewals aligned with client contract durations Coordinate salary adjustments within approved frameworks Maintain contract expiry tracking Ensure timely issuance of renewal documentation 3. Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance Manage work pass applications and renewals Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations Track expiry timelines and maintain accurate documentation Support audits and ensure employment practices meet regulatory standards 4. Workforce Health Monitoring Maintain a workforce dashboard covering: o Engagement status o Contract expiry o Work pass expiry o Attrition risk indicators Highlight workforce stability risks that may impact client delivery 5. Exit & Replacement Support Conduct structured exit interviews Identify recurring attrition themes Partner with Talent Acquisition on replacement planning Support smooth offboarding transitions 6. Performance & Employee Relations Support performance management discussions Advise on documentation and disciplinary processes where necessary Ensure fair and consistent HR practice What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred.
