  • Familiar with benefits, FMLA, COBRA, employee relations investigations and workers compensation

Responsibilities

Human Resources Delivery

  • Provide operational support to management and staff in the areas of recruitment, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, and talent management
  • Stay abreast of and comply with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to human resources
  • Engage with departmental leadership to identify human resources needs and possible solutions
  • Facilitate new hire orientation at organizational level
  • Work closely with Vice President of Human Resources and other Human Resources Business Partners on organizational initiatives, policies, practices, and operational improvements

Alexandria Clinic, PA Service Delivery

  • Responsible for insurance benefit management including plan design, regulation management, broker partnership, and annual enrollment
  • Manage COBRA Administration for the group
  • Direct fiduciary for the 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Facilitate bi-yearly meetings for the plan committee and work closely with the plan broker on both compliance and committee requests, and yearly plan audit in partnership with the Director of Finance
  • Manage OSHA and Work Comp.
  • Assist with policy and procedure changes as needed
  • Work in partnership with the administrative team in onboarding of new providers
  • Collaborate with Director of Clinic Finance on payroll practices as needed
  • Human Resource partnership with the Clinic Director as well as the Medical Director as needed for employee concerns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration or related field
  • Minimum of three years Human Resources experience
