As the HR Business Partner , you’ll be responsible for providing strategic HR support to leaders and employees, guiding employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Manufacturing industry experience nice to see.

• Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development matters.
• Lead initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices are compliant and aligned with company values.
