Our Core Values: Trust, Growth, Innovation, Excellence, and Ownership Job Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting day-to-day people matters while driving effective hiring and talent practices. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition with tactical HR partnership, including managing employee relations matters, and executing core HR programs. The HRBP plays a key role in ensuring a consistent, compliant, and people-focused approach across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive end-to-end recruitment Support all administrative functions of the recruitment process including job postings, references and background checks, documentation, HRIS updates, offers and onboarding. Provide guidance on hiring decisions, market insights, and compensation alignment Ensure a structured and consistent recruitment process 2. Manager Support & Coaching Advise managers on performance management, feedback conversations, and team effectiveness Provide guidance on employee development, engagement, and retention strategies Coach managers on handling complex or sensitive people situations 3. Employee Relations & Investigations Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workplace concerns Support investigations in collaboration with senior HR or legal where required Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation 4. HR Program Execution Support the implementation of HR programs such as performance reviews, onboarding, and engagement initiatives Ensure consistency and adoption of HR policies and practices across teams Partner with leadership to roll out key people initiatives Support reporting and tracking of key HR metrics Qualifications 6+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles Experience supporting talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment Strong understanding of employee relations and employment practices Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (consulting or tech preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (CPHR or equivalent is an asset) ProCogia is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
