We are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Global Service Center in the Philippines. Reporting directly to the VP of HR Operations based in Singapore, the role will oversee all HR matters and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong written and verbal English communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for a candidate with strong stakeholder management skills, a people-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. What you will do Employee lifecycle management Recruitment and Retention Lifecycle management – on-Boarding and off-boarding New Hire Orientation Benefit Management Employees’ grievances management Learning & Development Performance Management and Annual Rewards Cycle Management HR Process and System Management HR Policy and Process SuccessFactors Dashboard reporting Compliance with Awards and Legislation Work permits Safety and Injury management Payroll Payroll Outsource Vendor Management Compliance, Audit, tax, statutory payments and reporting Process improvement What you bring At least 5 years of work experience in HR Operations Solid understanding of Philippines labor laws and employee obligations Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems Comfortable navigating total reward activities, L&D and Engagement activities together with related vendor management Track record of developing company policies and HR processes Payroll vendor management Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
