JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical role within the Human Resources function. This professional will Partner with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to understand the business and translate this to HR agenda on site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
· Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
· Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
