[What the role is] You will partner with one or more assigned business units to drive the people agenda, aligning it with business objectives and deliverables while considering the local context and unique requirements. [What you will be working on] Specifically, the roles would include, but not limited to: Talent Acquisition: Drive the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, taking into account the business unit’s hiring needs and manpower planning forecast. Manpower Management: Partner with business unit stakeholders to manage its headcount establishments (MMF) to ensure that the business unit is optimally resourced to drive its strategic objectives. Talent Management: Partner with business unit stakeholders to identify and develop the talent pool within the business unit as part of bench strength building and succession planning. Facilitate performance management to recognise and reward high performance while identifying areas of performance gaps to develop appropriate interventions. Employee Relations: Be the key point of contact for employees within the business unit on HR-related matters, including providing feedback to the HR team on HR policies and procedures from the employees so as to improve better employee experience. Where necessary, provide advisory or support on employee conduct & disciplinary matters to business unit stakeholders or employees in accordance with relevant HR policies and procedures. HR Transformation: Support HR automation and transformation initiatives by reviewing processes and ensuring accurate data collection to enable data-driven decision-making. [What we are looking for] 5 years of experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role that covers the full spectrum of HR functions. Ability to work independently as well as a team-player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of common productivity tools to aid digitalization efforts, and Workday system is preferred.
Responsibilities
