For more details, check out our website : https://doubletick.io Key Responsibilities Support employees across key HR functions and day-to-day HR operations Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes Support employee relations initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture Coordinate payroll-related activities and maintain HR documentation and employee records Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee information and HR data Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field completed or recently completed Freshers are encouraged to apply Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
