  • EDUCATIONMinimum: Bachelor of Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • EXPERIENCEEntry-level acceptable; experience in clerical or HR-related work is an advantage.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORTMaintain and update employee records (hard copy & HR system).Assist in preparing HR-related documents (contracts, letters, memos).File, organize, and manage HR documentation for compliance.
  • RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDINGPost job advertisements and screen applications.Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.Assist with employee onboarding (collect documents, prepare orientation materials).
  • EMPLOYEE SUPPORTHandle basic employee queries on HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.Provide administrative assistance in staff welfare activities and training programs.
  • COMPLIANCE & REPORTINGEnsure all HR processes follow company policies and local labor regulations.Assist in preparing simple HR reports (headcount, leave summary, turnover).
