JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring effective communication and administration of HR processes. This position requires proficiency in various human resource information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), along with strong administrative skills in managing data entry and maintaining employee records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role or similar administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms, screening applications, and scheduling interviews using ATS such as Workday or Taleo.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data entry in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data related to HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Managed employee attendance, payroll processing, and HR documentation.
