We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team! As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events and recognition programs
  • Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes and compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
