Position Summary This role is primarily responsible for managing recruitment activities, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and people leaders. The ideal candidate is people-focused, process-driven, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience from day one. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Own the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively and efficiently. Provide timely and responsive support to employees and people leaders on HR-related inquiries and needs. Serve as an HRIS power user; becoming fluent with each module and collaborating with managers to navigate HR systems with ease. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate and support HR programs and initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with HR best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Assist with offboarding processes and exit interviews. Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities
