REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounts or HR-related disciplines
  • At least 1 year HR and payroll processing experience within the Beauty Industry preferred
  • Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • IT savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Xero and Infotech HRMS Skills
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision

Responsibilities
  • Assist on daily reconciliations.
    . Accounts Payables and filing of documents.

. Stock take

  • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
  • To assist in recruitment which includes job postings on online job portals, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter of offer, etc
  • On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
  • Handle monthly payroll, Time-sheet, Commissions, Employee claims and reimbursements
  • Monthly Salary Summary report preparation
  • Manage and prepare employee leave records.
  • Design, oversee and implement the Company’s compensation and benefits programs
  • Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
  • Training & Development of staffs’ records
  • Training administration (registration for courses, payment, submission of subsidies, post-course evaluation)
  • Organize corporate events
  • Handle company travel arrangements and general office administration
  • Review and update HR Policies and Employee Handbook
  • Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims
  • Processing of Government Grants such as Skillsfutures, Pmax, PCP
  • Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
  • Maintain a good and comprehensive filing system/data maintenance of all staffs’ Personal Files
  • Support any implementation, maintenance and changes of HRIS system or any improvement projects from time to time
  • Responsible for various HR database and reports (eg. monthly HR reports, MOM reports)
  • Collate information required for statutory requirements and internal reporting requirements
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
