POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Director - Manufacturing will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our manufacturing operations. This strategic role is aimed at enhancing workforce engagement, optimizing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting the overall business objectives of the organization. This is a hands on role that requires wearing multiple hats for multiple facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations and management.
  • Background in payroll and accounting practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
