JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Industry-Specific Talent Sourcing – Identify and attract top talent within the industry, including roles in banking, investment, insurance, and risk management
  • Job Posting and Advertisement – Create compelling job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews – Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit through resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define recruitment strategies
  • Employer Branding – Promote the company’s culture and values through effective communication with potential candidates, enhancing our employer brand within the industry
  • Talent Pipeline Development – Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates
  • Candidate Experience Management – Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding – Assist in extending job offers and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
