  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent
  • Create and promote a compelling employer brand to attract Singapore’s brightest talent. Be the face of our organization at career fairs and networking events
  • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and talent pools, to identify top candidates
  • Ensure every candidate has a seamless, positive experience, from the first touchpoint to onboarding
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to design effective recruitment strategies that meet market demands
  • Use metrics and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and deliver measurable hiring results
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we’re always ready to grow

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
