JOB OVERVIEW

The candidate is responsible for the HR functions of the corporate office, specifically in employee experience, employee engagement, and training & development. As a member of Group HR, he/she will be required to support the Group’s Business Units from time to time.

EDUCATION & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training coordination, HR support, or employee engagement
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with similar design tools is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Interest in learning and development, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, HRIS systems, and Learning Management System with interest in digitalization
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of training and learning initiatives, including but not limiting to internal training, campus recruitment, orientation and onboarding
  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with external vendors and training providers to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery
  • Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement activities and CSR events that contribute to a vibrant workplace culture
  • Draft meeting minutes, internal proposals, and reports for presentation to key stakeholders
  • Design clear and engaging content, such as presentation slides, visuals, and digital communication materials using tools like PowerPoint
  • Track participation data, compile feedback, and generate insightful reports to evaluate programme effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of more efficient workflows
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the HR and Learning & Development team, ensuring smooth execution
  • Lead and participate in projects as needed, taking ownership of specific initiatives.
