HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment.

• Requirements:
• Experience or have interest in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline ;

(fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Singapore HR best practices and Government regulations will be an advantage
• Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years
• Training and mentorship will be provided
• Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding process
• Manage HR administration such as employee records, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Draft emails and letters, and HR-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (MOM, CPF)
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and performance review processes
• Provide HR advisory support to management and employees
• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

5.5-day work week
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: SGD $1,800 – $2,300 per month
