Stag Match hosts a wide range of Adult and Children Courses and Certification ( Diploma Qualification , Enrichment Courses and Workshops for both companies and individuals).
We , Stag Match, are looking for a reliable , responsible and friendly HR cum admin (Executive / Manager)

HR Responsibilities:

  • Advertising, search and recruiting for candidates
  • Filling positions within an organization ( Locally and Oversea )
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
  • Handling of administration and record-keeping.
  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Scheduling and Interviewing candidates ( 1st round ).
  • Training and on-boarding new staffs
  • Preparing job offers.
  • Prepare contract , grant and training grants
  • Coordinating all Grant application and submission
  • Scheduling and coordinating staffs roster with stakeholder
  • Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily administration matters / tasks in a meticulous manner.
  • Preparing Monthly payroll and report
  • Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes:
  • Administration (Proper filing system , invoicing, Organise and schedule meetings etc)
  • simple Book-keeping of the business
  • Liaising and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on business and administrative matters
  • Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required
  • Respond to enquiries and feedback
  • Administrative documentation
  • Assisting in Students Job Placements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR cum Admin.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of recruiting , guides etc .
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Able to performance the job immediately
  • Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage
  • Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
