REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of UAE experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance procedures.
  • Experience in employee engagement and employer branding activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions, completing employee documentation, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and handle employee queries related to labor regulations and compliance.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, conduct initial screenings, and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide administrative support to management and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and escalate when necessary.
