We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive for our upcoming nursing home in Hougang, scheduled to begin operations in early 2026. Initially, you will be required to start at our current branch in Macpherson by the end of 2025.

Requirements:

• Meticulous & proactive
• Well organised
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Payroll will be an added advantag

You will handle full spectrum of HR operations and HR administration duties, which include but not limited to:

• recruitment & onboarding
• work pass related matters
• claims reimbursement & leave records
• monthly attendance & payroll closing
• work injury reporting & insurance claim submission
• foreign worker accommodation
• MOM compliance
• staff training course registration
• staff benefits & welfare
• staff engagement
• other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
