We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles And Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and systems Actively support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Manage end-to-end hiring to recruit the right candidates Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures Create and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires Plan and organize employee engagement and CSR activities to promote a positive workplace culture Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Handle employee gifting (festive gifting, milestone recognition, and other events) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field 6 months – 1 year of full-time experience working in an HR role Strong understanding of HR functions such as Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training & Development, and basic Admin tasks Hands-on experience with HRMS, Zoho, or other HR technology/software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions Medical Insurance 5-day working culture Best-in-industry salary structure Attractive reimbursement policy
