We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles And Responsibilities:- Manage and actively support the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and HR systems Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and CSR activities to foster a positive workplace culture Support the management of disciplinary actions and employee grievance handling in coordination with leadership Assist in employee gifting, rewards, and recognition initiatives Handle day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in an HR role Strong understanding of core HR functions, especially Recruitment and Employee Engagement Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or other HR software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to solve problems, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions Comprehensive Medical Insurance coverage 5-day working culture to support work-life balance Best-in-industry salary structure aligned with skills and experience Attractive reimbursement policy
