The West Regional Human Resource Field Partner at Nuclear Care Partners is based out of Las Vegas, NV.  This person serves as a strategic liaison between the Human Resources department and various business units. This role supports organizational objectives by aligning HR strategies with business  goals, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs. Facilitates all aspects of the department to allow it to function properly by managing, directing, developing and inspiring staff in branches. This is an exempt position. The West Regional HR Field Partner is part of the HR leadership team and reports to the EVP of People and Human Resources. Supports and creates positive environments through a personal commitment to the Company’s vision and values.   Salary is $75K - $100K DOE (Verified Working Experience) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to cooperate with others, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:  Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.  Provides HR support to branches and outlying areas through policy interpretation and direction.  Collaborate with Regional and branch leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.  Maintains detailed record of employee turnover, analysis turnover and retention, researches and formulates strategies which effectively aid in employee retention.  Serves as a resource for other departments on human resources issues.  Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.  Facilitates Employee Management/Relations; advises and counsels regarding progressive discipline, attends disciplinary meetings when appropriate and facilitates all management level terminations, assists and educates on problem resolution procedures, investigates and resolves employee complaints, files responses as necessary, resource for and assists in policy and procedure training, insures HR records are complete and filed, audits HR records and systems as needed, serves as sounding board for employees, management on issues affecting employment and employee relations, assists managers with employee performance management.  Guide managers through the performance appraisal process, assist in setting performance goals, and support employee development initiatives.  Adheres to Employment laws, Litigation and Correspondence; consults on employment laws and state and federal home health regulations pertaining to personnel, investigates and responds to state and federal agency charges of discrimination, wage and hour violations and similar employment related issues and works with appropriate personnel or legal consultants to prepare final response, acts as liaison and facilitates workers’ compensation issues, participates in unemployment hearings as necessary.  Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and ensuring effective communication throughout the transition process  Completes assignments/projects as directed by the EVP of People and Human Resources.  Supports and oversees all patient care staffing processes including hiring, retention, performance discussions, discipline, compensation, and staff relations.  Acts as liaison between the HR department, other departments and outside agencies, gathering and relaying information as needed.  Must be flexible and willing to travel across the Western region for The Company.  Performs other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS:     Bachelors’ degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.  PHR and/or SPHR designation preferred.  Excellent computer and technology based skills required.   INDTW3   #ZR
