Human Resources Generalist– Transportation Department
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Transportation team. This role plays a key part in supporting our employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and driving engagement and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a strong, supportive workplace culture.
• Execute HR administrative duties including data entry, file maintenance, and reporting.
