This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Business Partner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with the full employment lifecycle of our employees - this will include delivering a first class onboarding experience for new hires; will own the onboarding process; will be responsible for organizing Phenom’s monthly new hire training, will work on ongoing projects to improve the new hire experience
• Develop new hire & employee trainings using Phenom’s Learning Management System
• Develop programs that celebrate company values and encourage employee participation in company-wide events and activities
• Will provide support to any off boarding activities for employees
• Execute HR administration for various European countries
• Monitor and improve internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatieve
• Other HR duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of employment law, compensation & general HR functions
