Requirements What You’ll Do: Lead HR for our site, partnering with managers and employees Recruit and retain top manufacturing talent Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that focus on fostering engagement and reducing turnover Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records Use HR data to drive smarter decisions What You Bring: 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings Proven success in reducing turnover and improving engagement Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Commitment to long-term organizational success Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
