• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
• Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
• Assist in preparation in Payroll
• Assist in granting consolidated documents
• Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
• Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Tea
