We are seeking a motivated and creative Human Resource Intern to support our Customer Care team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate and schedule trials for shortlisted babysitters and nannies
• Propose new talent engagement initiatives
• Perform various support functions in Talent Acquisition operations, such as facilitating onboarding processes and conducting data collation and analysis
• Support additional HR projects or operational tasks as needed
• Assisting in the planning and coordination of training for nannies and babysitters
• Helping develop training materials and resources
• Tracking and maintaining records of training participation and certifications
• Conduct reference checks and support background verification of nannies and babysitters
