Responsibilities
  • RECRUITMENT & SELECTIONAssist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare interview materials.
  • HR ADMINISTRATIONMaintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.Assist with preparation of HR letters, contracts, and documentation.Support payroll and leave administration processes where required.
  • EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTAssist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.Collect feedback and help prepare reports on engagement initiatives.
  • LEARNING & DEVELOPMENTCoordinate training sessions, track attendance, and compile evaluation feedback.
  • COMPLIANCE & POLICYSupport HR team in ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labour laws.Assist in internal audits and documentation checks.
  • GENERAL SUPPORTParticipate in HR projects and provide administrative and logistical support as needed.Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
