This HR Intern will be involved in different HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, HR operations and administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives Help with the coordination of training and development programs Contribute to HR projects and initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR team. About You Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available for minimum of 3-6 months internship duration.
