The Human Resource Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR administration. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world HR practices and an opportunity to develop foundational skills in human resources. Duties and Responsibilities: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation preparation Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations Provide administrative support for employee engagement and HR initiatives Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requests and documentation Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: Currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and is enrolled and completing internship hours.
