HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT FOCUS)

Location: Singapore | Commitment: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3 to 6 months. 6 months will be preferred.
Start Date: Immediate or based on availability

Responsibilities
  • Shadow various departments to understand project workflows, team dynamics, and best practices.
  • Produce short, engaging training videos with commentary to capture real-time learnings from projects.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify learning moments across departments and project types.
  • Curate and categorise content into learning playlists based on time periods , project nature , or departmental focus .
  • Organise and host monthly online training and sharing sessions , enabling team members to learn from real case studies and internal experts.
  • Explore new methods of knowledge transfer and build a culture of continuous learning across the company.
