QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proficiency in all HR disciplines: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; sound decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage staffing plans to meet operational needs.
  • Implement cost-effective recruiting programs to attract top talent.
  • Partner with Plant Operations to design and drive retention initiatives.
  • Lead investigations and resolve employee concerns and complaints.
  • Administer corporate compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure performance reviews and goal-setting are completed on time.
  • Stay current with HR regulations and advise plant leadership.
  • Implement training programs for compliance and skill development.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Operations on Safety and Emergency Response Programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, benefits, and Worker’s Compensation data.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
