POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions at our commercial bakery, with a focus on processing payroll through Paycom, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing benefits, supporting employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong HR leadership, hands-on payroll experience, and thrives in a fast-paced production setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, including direct payroll processing in Paycom.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Paycom and Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paycom.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping, employee records, and payroll data.
  • Audit payroll for accuracy, handle deductions, adjustments, and final pay.
