Description EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR for our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in autonomy, understands production environments, and is comfortable balancing strategy with daily execution. This position operates as a department of one and partners closely with leadership, supervisors, and employees to ensure compliance, stability, and continuous improvement across the organization. What You’ll Do You will own the full HR function, including: Employee Relations & Compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, investigations, disciplinary action, performance management, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) Manage involuntary separations and terminations with consistency and professionalism Maintain accurate employee records and documentation aligned with ISO 9001 requirements Recruiting & Workforce Support Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles—from job descriptions through onboarding Partner with leaders to define role requirements and assess candidate fit Support workforce planning aligned with production and business needs Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support Administer employee benefits programs (medical, retirement, FSA/HSA, leave programs) Support payroll accuracy and timekeeping practices Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and cost-conscious HR initiatives Training, Development & Culture Coordinate onboarding and training programs Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives Help foster a respectful, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture HR Systems, Policies & Process Improvement Maintain HR systems, forms, and workflows Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve consistency Requirements Who We’re Looking For This role is a strong fit for someone who: Has successfully handled multiple HR disciplines at once Is comfortable making decisions independently Enjoys working directly with hourly employees and supervisors Understands the realities of a manufacturing environment Values structure, documentation, and compliance—but can still move fast Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings Proven experience handling employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and benefits administration Preferred Experience operating as an HR department of one or in a highly autonomous role HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality systems Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred to support effective communication with a diverse workforce Work Environment Combination of office work and regular time on the production floor Must be comfortable walking production areas and engaging directly with employees Occasional extended hours may be required to support operational needs, investigations, or audits Why EnviroTech At EnviroTech, HR is viewed as a critical business function—not an afterthought.
