Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with more than 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage performance frameworks and drive employee development.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, and training & development.
Enhance and oversee the performance appraisal process in collaboration with reporting managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual development plans.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and aligned with industry best practices.
Provide strategic HR advisory and support to department heads and senior leadership.
Lead employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive, motivated, and productive workplace.
Identify skill and competency gaps and work with managers to design effective training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure efficient use of the HRIS system.
Mentor and guide the HR team to foster a collaborative, capable, and high-performing function.
