• Manage the full employee lifecycle for seamless operations and positive experiences.
• Lead initiatives in engagement, development, comp & benefits, D&I, and culture.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on talent and organizational development.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven HR solutions and organizational analysis.
• Champion HR policies and best practices for fairness and consistency.
