You will work closely with managers and engineers as well as with HR representatives Employee Relations: Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors Nurture a positive working environment; oversee the community team in the event’s planning, organizing, and follow-up actions. Build, strengthen, and scale company culture across global teams. Talent Acquisition: Manage the company’s resources, identify short-term and long-term hiring needs. Oversee the hiring activities, onboarding process; coordinate with Talent Acquisition Lead to bring the best candidate’s experience. Lead Talent Acquisition strategies and execution to support business growth. Talent Development/ Training: Develop, analyze and update the company’s evaluation program, internal career path aligned with IT Industry Assist departments with the performance management and review process Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. What you will bring At least 8 years of professional experience, min. 3 years as a similar HR Manager in global organizations. Experience in IT / Technology companies is preferred. Previous experience in a fast-growing Startup is a plus. Fluent in English. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong record of developing effective relationships across all levels of an organization. Able to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality. Ambitious & committed, you put your heart in your work and thrive in a demanding environment.
