  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, talent management and ensuring that our HR practices align with our mission and values.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, MOM laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a property startup environment is essential.
• A strong desire to lead and inspire a team.
