Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and manpower planning for Saudi Arabia and other Middle East operations.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring, onboarding and mobilization to transfers, performance management and separation.
  • Partner with Project/Business Heads to ensure timely deployment of project and corporate manpower.
  • Manage employee movements, deputations, transfers, demobilization and repatriation across Middle East locations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudization requirements and applicable country-specific HR regulations.
  • Coordinate employee documentation, visa/Iqama, insurance, benefits, payroll inputs and HR operations with relevant teams.
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, retention and performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and MIS covering headcount, recruitment, mobilization, attrition and employee movements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes for Middle East operations.
  • Act as the key HR interface between employees, project leadership and Corporate HR.
