JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various HR functions, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR managerial role or similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employee evaluation methods and performance management systems.
  • Familiarity with employee orientation processes and best practices in onboarding.
  • Experience with HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Understanding of workers’ compensation laws and procedures.
  • Knowledge of affirmative action planning principles and practices.
  • Proficient in organization design methodologies to optimize workforce structure.
  • Experience in training development and delivery for various employee levels.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Lever, Paylocity, or similar HR software platforms.
