We are hiring a Part-time Human Resource Manager to be based in Melbourne. This role requires working 2 days per week and involves overseeing and enhancing the human resources functions of our organization.

• You hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have proven experience in HR Management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• You are proficient in using HR Software, particularly BambooHR.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
