Job Title: HR Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) - condensed working week
Reporting To: Managing Director
This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the company’s organisational culture, employee experience, and talent strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, fostering a workplace that prioritises inclusivity, innovation, and high performance.
Responsibilities:
This post requires a dynamic and experienced HR professional to be responsible for all HR related practices at Nitronica in a stand-alone role.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of all aspects of HR at Nitronica including culture, employee well-being, legal compliance, policies, pay structures, employee relations, industrial relations and recruitment. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements and best practice
- End to end recruitment activities including annual monitoring returns to ECNI
- Coaching and mentoring the management team in ER issues and cases
- Updating HR data to inform and support the management team
- Effective oversight of absence management procedures.
- Responsible for the administration duties and managing all stages of the employee life cycle such as on-boarding, development, retention and off-boarding
- Drive the Wellbeing strategy and continue the wellbeing initiatives with the Wellbeing Champions
- Administration of employee records and maintaining GDPR compliance.
- Any other reasonable duties
